The pagan names for the days of the week are ridiculous. What is "Saturn's day" supposed to mean? And who exactly is "Wedne"? Why does he have a day named after him? Numbering the days until the Sabbath makes a lot more sense. The pagan names are just strange and unnecessarily confusing
