Why don't Europeans tip the standard 20% when they come to America? I get that it doesn't exist where you come from. But you're not there right now. When in Rome, do as Romans do etc.

Why would they do something that they aren't in the habit of doing and when they do not know the customs? Why would you expect them to know when and how to tip? Additionally, why the fuck would they tip the waitress that probably treated them rudely just for being foreign?
