Can Malaysia be considered first world? They have an HDI > 0.8 and good infrastructure. But they still have brown skin and have low SMV. In order to be first world you have to be white or at least light skinned (Japan, South Korea, Taiwan, HK, Singapore). Otherwise you will always be seen as inferior. This is why Gulf countries are still regarded as third world despite being richer and safer than most western countries.After this realization I have reached the conclusion that Indians and other brown people will be forever hated no matter what economic development takes place in the future.
