Northern Italians cluster with South French and Iberians, not so much with North French.

>>
>>222380991

Friulian is Rhaeto-Romance and the Gallo-Italic linguistic islands of Basilicata and Sicily are the product of medieval migrations from Northern Italy.
>>
>>222382559
Sure, but what about Veneto?
>>
>>222382621
Venetian's classification is debated: https://wikipedia.org/wiki/Venetian_language
>>
>>222382820
As a native speaker of it, it doesn't feel similar to French at all, compared to like Piedmontese which is obviously very close

>>

Interesting.
>>
In the Milanese dialect we even have the French [y]

e.g.
va a dà via el cu = go offering your ass
"cu" is pronounced with a French [y]

>always the retarded obsessed apezillian in those threads

That's a made up map that comes from a turkish website about limb lengthening surgery btw
>>
>>222383465
In Swiss German we call Milano "Mailand". So it even has a proper German name. Milanese people we call Mailänder.
>>
In the Noo Joisey dialect we even have the guido [g]

e.g.
gabagool? ova eah!
>>
>>222376015
The opposite, langue d'oc is an Italian dialect

>>222376220
That's a language map Nigel
>>
>>222383688
Hannover Germans call Milan "Mailand" too
>>
>>222383977

>>
>>222384036

>North Italians are tall because of leg surgery o qualcosa
Cope
>>
>>222384335
Reading comprehension: zero
The height difference between northern and southern Italians is around 2-3 cm if you look at actual statistics, the unsourced map you posted is complete bollocks (10 cm difference lol...). It also has an average height for northern Italians that is taller than the average male height of Germans and Scandinavians, it's completely made-up bs
