my grandparents grew up in ajdovscina in slovenia (both born ~1930).

i got into an argument with some of my friends as to whether or not they were italian. they were ethnic slovenes born and raised in slovenia, but they forced to learn italian by dirty fascists and were born in an area then part of italy (the julian march) and were born with italian citizenship. what do you think /int/? ajdovscina is like 20km from the border with italy. am i a shittalian mutt or a sloveneCHAD?
