Could you pass first stage of physical test of romanian special forces?

For max points:
20 pull ups (full range) in 2 minutes
75 push ups in 2 min
75 crunches in 2 min
3km running in 11min.15sec

Pull ups yes
Push ups probably not
Crunches yes
Running yes
>>
>>222393994
thats hard as fuck, then again, i have 96 kgs
>>
I could do about 50 push ups and the form probably wouldn't make the grade but I guess spec forces are supposed to be 1/1000
>>
>>222393994
why do militaries put so much emphasis on being able to do a lot of pushups quickly
is it really that useful of an exercise
>>
>>222394545
Endurance is really important in the army
>>
>>222394545
it kicks out the fattys
>>
>>222394495
There is bare minimum of 34 push ups in 2 min, 34 chrunces, 5 pull ups and so on but if you aim for bare minimum others will eventually surpass you in points and will end up going home or be filltered out by the late stage of the process where selection will be more hellish
>>
>>222393994
yeah but, that test is just to weed out all the unserious retards
>>
nope cant do anything physical for the life of me
>>
>>222393994
not a chance

Can you pass British airborne school selection?
>16km march as a squad over undulating terrain with a 16kg backpack and 5kg rifle under 1 hour 50
>https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4IU84p-n1FE This shit, it's 60 feet in the air
>Log race where 8 people carry a 60kg telegraph pole over 3.1km undulating terrain wearing a helmet and web gear
>Timed 3.5km mile steeplechase and assault course in a helmet and boots. under 19 mins
>3.2km march over undulating terrain with full combat load. Under 18mins
>32km endurance march with a 16kg backpack and a 5kg rifle as a squad. Under 4 hours 30
>Stretcher race. teams of 12 carry an 80kg stretcher over 8km wearing a helmet, webbing and a rifle. only 4 people can actually carry the stretcher and you have to swap periodically after certain distances
>The milling, it's pretty retarded, you get paired with someone who has a similar weight and build to you and you put on really thick boxing gear and punch each other in the head for 60 seconds. It's like some kind of aggression and mental endurance test.
>>

If i take 6 months of training for those marches yes
>>
>>222393994
Those exercises are literally irrelevant for a romanian. You should concentrate on your actual strengths (wallet stealing and scavenging)

>20 pull ups (full range) in 2 minutes
easy assuming you don't need to do them consecutively
>75 push ups in 2 min
this one is more challenging
>75 crunches in 2 min
>3km running in 11min.15sec
easy
