East Berlin? Soviet Moldova? No, this is Helsinki, the capital of Finland.

Swedistan looks like this too. Why are the Nordic countries so ugly? For people who love LGBT so much youd think theyd be better at decorating.
>>
>>222394980
this looks way too firstie for soviet cities you clearly don't know how good you have it pekka

Can't think of a more inhumane way of living than apartment blocks

East Helsinki
>>
>>222395118
It happens when butthurt Americans and Russians and whatnot go and cherrypick the ugliest pictures with the worst weather and represent them as the norm.

Yes, Comrade Swede, that is exactly what I said.

Central Helsinki, actually.

>shitty commieblocks
*good comfyblocks
>thirdworlders
Thirdies can't afford to live so close the the center. They live in periferia farther up north and east.

Those are pretty central, in the 70s they figured that cars are the future so they built two of these weird futuristic districts where the walkways are elevated above the roads, kinda like Barbican. One is Merihaka and the other is East Pasila, the latter is bigger. Pasila especially was meant to be the future of the city. Merihaka is pretty funny too since it's sitting right across the older areas with nice buildings. Pasila is slightly outside the center

it's cold and not sunny, that's why it looks depressing. apply the same filter american filmmakers do when recording in mexico, and it will look like an awesome place

You don't need that. Just take a picture in good weather and preferably when the trees have leaves.
