Games like Roblox and Fortnite squeeze out billions through microtransactions every year in rates that game companies that dont rely in such models for their game such as Nintendo are really struggling to compete against. No one gives a flying fuck about single player games anymore and the few ones who do barely play them but just watch lore videos and lets plays instead. There are grown ass 24yo man out there spending 6 hours on Fortnite every dayBusiness is booming and people are more addicted to their screens than ever.
