Why do Spanish speakers seem to have such similar intonation? Whenever I listen to Spanish, it feels like everyone is speaking in the same few pitches. I struggle to distinguish one voice from another. I've never heard an Argentinian with a really deep voice like William Bonner's, they all end up sounding a bit like Milei to me

How uncommon is a voice that deep in Argentina? When someone with a voice like that speaks Spanish, it almost sounds like a completely different language

Your question doesn't really make sense. Very deep Bass voices are very rare all over the planet.
The majority of men are baritones, a large minority are tenors, a very small minority are basses with very low voices.
