Gemini just congratulated me for correcting most of the posture issue that was making my belly stick out. It only took two months of exercises. Are you proud of me too in your country?

Congratulations. I'm proud of you too, and also jealous. I've been trying to fix my posture for years. How did you do it?

I did planks, push ups, pull-ups, squats and a bunch of posture exercises from YouTube. The one I stuck with the most was similar to the cat-cow stretch, although it wasn't exactly the same. I was genuinely surprised by the results. I didn't expect it to solve that particular problem. I just happened to glance at myself in the mirror one day and noticed that my belly was flat and no longer stuck out past my chest.

>posture issue that was making my belly stick out
by describing your abdomen as a "belly", that makes you sound fat.
Did you fix your fat issue too or is that next?

English isn't my first language, so sometimes I struggle to find the right words. I've never been overweight. Actually I'm skinny and trying to gain weight. The reason my abdomen stuck out was simply my poor posture. It actually looked worse than a little belly fat because it made my body look bent and uneven, almost like an S shape. I assumed I'd need to see a doctor about it, but apparently it's something that can be corrected at home.
