Did you know that Brazilian Portuguese is widely regarded as one of the most beautiful sounding languages in the world? What are your thoughts?https://youtube.com/watch?v=LdIKmwnLArk
>>222424945Sounds russian.
>>222424945
>>222425187Polish*>quem são = kim są
>>222425187If you get rural enough it sounds Chinese E aieeeee chega tá bãoooo
>>222424945If you don't understand either language it just sounds like Spanish and you know I'm right.
>>222428038It doesn't really sound Spanish though. Modern Spanish doesn't use a lot of the sounds that are everywhere in Portuguese, especially nasal vowels. Many of the X, S, CH, and Ç sounds are either different or don't exist in Spanish anymore. Mexicans even pronounce their country's name as "Méjico." That's exactly why Spanish speakers have trouble understanding spoken Portuguese even though the written languages are remarkably similar
I learned Portuguese as an American and Brazilians love me for this. Why is this
>>222429093Native level Portuguese? I'm not convinced. English and German speakers are usually the ones with the thickest foreign accents. Post a vocaroo of yourself saying "apaguei as luzes na manhã antes de ir à padaria comprar pão nesse dia das mães. Se fizer sol, ainda vou à praça."
>>222429805Not native level, but a relatively light accent. I can’t right now, I’m at work
>>222424945> regarded as one of the most beautiful sounding languages in the world.when i was a kid , yes ... but after learning English and getting exposed to other languages, A hard NO ... u all sound like a bunch of faggots... woman are ok ....
