By the way, unity shills might seethe at me for saying this, but I'd actually recommend unreal over unity, especially since you're a beginner. It comes with a lot more functionality out of the box. You'll probably spend a decent amount of time just setting up basic stuff if you go with unity. Use blender for making assets.
