Are Euros dehydrated?
>>
>>222444125
My gf's bull keeps me hydrated
>>
You don't need a gallon per day, that's just extra work for your kidneys to filter it back out of your blood right away
And your kidneys are one of the most important organs for keeping you alive
1-2 liters is enough depending on how you eat

That "glorious feeling" from drinking so much water is just the feeling of pissing out extremely diluted pee every 30 minutes
>>
americans are not human
>>
Maybe it's all the salt in their food? No need to chug a gallon of water if you don't season your food.
>>

I'm currently drinking clean fresh water coming straight from the local source. It's not Dasani I tell you that much. I don't know what this mulatto is on about.

I was in Stockholm a while ago and it's extremely easy to spot the American tourists. They always carry gigantic water bottles.

Just ask for tap water, no restaurant should refuse you.
>>
>>222444125
My tap water (like all Nordics) is better than 99% of the bottled shit they sell in America.
I drink between 2-3 liters per day. My piss is light yellow and the only time I get dehydrated is during Sweden Rock because I do nothing but drink beer and stand in the sun all day.

Right, yeah, the water bottles. Definitely the #1 characteristic that makes them stand out.

1. Water bottles.
2. Weird clothes.
3. Extremely loud.
4. Gawking at normal buildings like it's some Disney attraction.

That's about it. The water bottles are the easiest to spot.

People who arrive to conclusions like this from visiting a foreign country for like 3 days are retarded. It remind me of a Spanish girl who said "wow! Japanese people walk everywhere!" because she saw people walking on the street, as if it was different from any other city (except maybe the US I guess).

Of course new worlders would be stunned that people in Europe don't carry water bottles everywhere they go. You can safely drink tapwater here after all.

Eh, the chemistry of the body involves splitting water for everything. You know you are drinking enough if it is "clear and copious" to quote the FDA.

In the United States, water is free in restaurants and bathrooms are everywhere and are free to use.
It's just water. Why isn't it free? I think drinking fountains are required to be inside most buildings by law here

>Your kidneys filter and reclaim roughly 180 liters (about 48 gallons) of water every single day, allowing only a tiny fraction (about 1.5 to 2 liters) to be excreted as waste.

it's actually easy to calculate the conversion. you just have to know an inch is defined as 2,54cm and a gallon is per definition 231 cubic inches.
231.2,54^3=3785,411784 cubic cm, which is a gallon by definition. US customary, it's convenient isn't it

Okay but what the fuck are you rationing water in public areas for, like I know you don't want to 'waste' it but that's more like mass amounts of water for washing and so on, not to limit drinking water.
The actual general truth is that you should just drink a little whenever you're thirsty since that is your body telling you it wants more water, that's what that feeling is for.
>>
>>222446248
Why did you retards develop an honor culture around hitting the absolute minimum decibel level that you can maybe still be heard at?
Do Europeans have some weird inbred problem with their ears not being able to handle sound?
>>
>>222451719
I always forget you guys don't have gallons of milk. Are your jerrycans really that small though? I think ours are usually like 2 gallons.
But no we rarely carry gallon jugs of water it's more like 1 or 2 L

>you should just drink a little whenever you're thirsty since that is your body telling you it wants more water, that's what that feeling is for.
Actually its been proven that our instincts are adapted to scarcity and thus dont properly account for abundance of resources, this is why people get fat and still feel "hungry" despite weighing 500lbs. Your lizard brain just cannit imagine that eating whenever possible isnt a good survival strategy anymore.
>>

Do Americans unironically drink 1 gallon every day (3.78 litres)? Do they all have diabetes or something? What makes them so thirsty? Too much sugar and salt in their diet?
>>
>>222444125
I also think this to. Generally if I'm out and about its for hours at a time, its inpractical to be going back and forwards to my house every hour at most, so how come I never see anyone carrying water bottles? Does everyone just tolerate being thirsty all the time?

There can be a lot of sodium in our food so that probably has something to do with it but it's also way hotter and humid here than Europe so we're used to staying hydrated. And ice water is free and it's everywhere. And it's delicious.
