>1 bedroom 1 bath incel hut costs $700k in my country
do you suffer iyc?
>>
YES
>>
it's not worth that if nobody buys it
>>
>>222455456
don't forget the HOA fees
>>
>>222455456
How much of 700k is in land?
Is ma Maryland
Is it expensive there
>>
>>222455591
Massachusetts. OPs image is on Martha's Vineyard, a notorious richfag island.

>92m2 house
>928m2 property
>175 000 kr / 18 284 USD

It's here in my area of Kramfors. I've been itching to make a bid. But there's dozens of these homes here like that for the same or similar prices.

>Oak Bluffs
>10k sqft
Honestly that's not so bad compared to other places in Oak Bluffs.
What's grim is that your picrel was only 500k in 2020 and between 2023 and 2025 it was constantly priced at almost a million freedom bucks by zillow.
>>
>>222455456
I wish I had a cute small house and a lot of property instead of the other way around
>>
>>222455456
Isn't that island it's on a rich people holiday vacation?
>>
>>222455791
The balkans are next level hellworld holy shit. We make like 5x less money than you and there's no way a rural house would be that cheap, even in a village with zero people left. Houses in areas with frequent power loadshedding and no jobs are over 100k here.
>>
>>222455905
It's cheap here because nobody wants to commute anymore. Everyone wants to live 5-10 minutes from work so they all move to the cities. I work from home so for me it doesn't matter.

yes

>just 5 blocks from Inkwell Beach
Basically beach front property. $710K is a steal for that.

Companies who own office space realised their investments would be at risk if no one used them, in addition to companies needing to justify the costs if they are renting an office. Force the wagies back to the offices equals need for office spaces which equals office spaces value.

Spån = wood chips.
Vägen = road.
>>
>>222455456
rich bitches are buying neighbors not home.
>>
>>222459198
So the area is known for wood working?
(Well I guess it’s sweden)
>>
>>222460151
The entire north is. But those names are old. Many generations old and names rarely change here. Most street/roads in Sweden have similar sounding names even though it's been hundreds of years since anything even remotely related to it happened there.

My grandma on my mom's side sold her solar powered rancher in Chelmsford, Massachusetts for more than half a million. When she moved into this house in the 1980s, the house was only 80k. My dad lives in Alabama with a house that's even bigger than this and it is not even worth half a million. Massachusetts.
>>
>>222455456
Yes. Inflated housing prices mean nothing if its a house someone lives in. Its not an asset unless the person is leaving australia or actually wants to move somewhere cheaper.
>>

It's expensive here despite the fact there are no jobs even in the cities, let alone the countryside where there is no reliable clean water and electricity much of the time yet real estate is unaffordable even there. 5-10 minutes from work, pillbox apartments cost 20 yearly wagie salaries, downright Beijing tier real estate situation in Belgrade and Nova Sodoma... And that's all despite the fact youth unemployment is 70%+ but that's okay because Vucic made it incredibly hard to register yourself as unemployed and you get no benefits for it anyway, so on paper we are doing fine and unemployment is at an all time low :)))))

You don't understand how much of a failed state Sewerbia is dude, this country is borderline a pump and dump scheme for Progressive and Socialist Party oligarchs from the 90s to fleece and stripmine for all the wealth it's got and then bounce to London or Dubai or whatever skanky nouveau riche hellhole they've already sent all their kids to. And yet people here will call me crazy and insist that I'm overreacting half the time. Guess 4chins really loves it's rampant contrarianism. I'm beginning to feel that even boomerbook and plebbit normies are more politically radical than the average Serbflag 4chonger at this point, but that's kind of a running theme for this entire website post October 7th 2023 (Great Noooticing).
>>
>>222455456
Isn't that in Martha's Vineyard? Like where all the ultra wealthy Old Money types live?
>>
>>222461217
That's fucked man. Sweden is only really expensive if you live in or near a city or major town. And even then it has to be "popular" enough to be expensive.
And pretty much the entire northern parts of the country (like 57% of the landmass I think) is dirt cheap due to lack of "modern" jobs and a lot of rural areas, wilderness and small towns.
My younger brother for example (age 22) moved to Gällivare up in Lapland and works at the LKAB mine in Kiruna. He paid less than €10k for his 3 bedroom house with a big square of land. It's about an hour commute into Kiruna from Gällivare but since he works the mine, he works weekly shifts and sleeps on site.

But I have a feeling a lot of zoomers and other people here in Sweden are terrified of stuff like that. So they pay a fortune for some tiny box in Stockholm and work in an office instead.

Sounds like heaven, if you're willing to endure honest physical graft. Typically old school scandi desu. But I fundamentally agree that young gens just want cushy rentier jobs which very few people can actually achieve in a real economy, and that's the root of a lot of our modern day problems. Almost Rapture tier from Bioshock 1 honestly, no one wants to work dirty jobs and everyone is a dopamine junkie (many are actual junkies).
>>
>>222455456
just get a trailer at that point
I think I plan on doing anyways
>>
If this continues like I am afraid it will, we will all become Okupas and the ones with degree's with demand will live paycheck to paycheck to pay for an apartment that is not theirs
>>
>>222463636
This won't continue for long. Gen Z life is a huge theatrical farce until AI tech gets advanced enough that Kabbalist Jews can fulfill their World to Come fantasy and robotise most forms of labour,. then we just get culled by Jew pedos and the population drops to below 500 million. Thanks for playing, goy.
