Indonesia is a lot more richer than malaysia but see how much of the economic pie actually owned by the chinese there and in sea. The chinese in sea are mostly wealth hoarding and not really interested in helping the country they are in (other than just to milk it even more), their wealth and effort will be for their family, their chinese clan, other local chinese clans, other sea chinese, mainland chinese, finally inside banks or asset (land) overseas. I dont think the western or eastern countries want the same happening to them.
