Not really. The first problem is that it's generally not language dense enough to be an effective use of your time. If it's a good porno, it's going to have people fucking most of the time, not talking. If there is a story, it's going to be cringe and very minimal, just a set up for the fucking. There are some genres like JOI that are mostly talking but the vocabulary range would be quite limited since the majority of it would be giving simple commands and encouragement. The second problem is that horniness is not a motivator, it's a distraction that will get in the way. The language quickly becomes a barrier to your primary motivation of getting off and you'll stop trying to understand and you'll just interact with the imagery instead.
