How the heat later in the night? Youre still good if its lower than your 7am op picture. Its truly over when its 30 at midnight and just hovering 27-28 in the early morning. You might want to buy portable tub or a water tank where you can keep some cool(er) water for shower or just sprinkle on your face. Sometimes even the water in shared flat/condo/house roof tank or your pipe can get too hot to touch.

2. Wear loose thin clothing.
3. Drink plenty of water
4. No walking in the heat. Only mad dogs and Englishmen walkabout in the midday sun. Drive everywhere with the aircond on.
