I currently live in NYC and this city pales in comparison to SF in almost every way >dumber population the average person in NYC is maybe 20 IQ points lower than the average person in SF. that isn't even an exaggeration. >natural beauty SF mogs the hell out of NYC so fucking hard it's not even funny west SF is covered in an ethereal fog and has massive parks like Presidio and Golden Gate that take a week to fully explore. the eastern part of the city has the financial district and ports which are fun to explore on their own. >jobs i honestly feel like the SF / bay area job market is stronger than the NYC market unless you are a broke nigga in the bottom rung of society. For people with college degrees, getting a job in SF is probably EASIER than getting a job here. >coolness factor waking around SF is so fucking fun because its so beautiful while NYC is really filthy and pretty ugly in so many places. The subway in NYC is actually so fucking filthy, it surprised me so much getting here and seeing how terrible it was. The only truly beautiful and fun parts of the city are central park, and the areas immediately near central park. The only places NYC really wins is having functional public transit and actually being a fucking huge city, while SF is not really that big of a city
>>222544663>the average person in NYC is maybe 20 IQ points lower than the average person in SFIt doesn't seem to be right if you were not a tech worker in SF
>>222544691No, I'm not even exaggerating with that number. In NYC the average moron walking around is like 90 IQ, probably barely passed high school doing some type of restaurant job in SF, the average person is a tech worker or a scientist of some kind. The number of retards is WAY lower. I would not be surprised if most neighborhoods in the city had a 110+ average IQ A big part of this is that a quarter of NYC is black. Listen I'm not even racist but at least half of these guys barely finished high school, they are working in a bar or a restaurant or driving a taxi or some shit just wasting space in what should be the greatest city on earth
>>222544663and both cities are gay as fuck
>>222544797110 seems to be still like low IQ to me, to be honest
>>222544663Just live in Boston
>>222544691the thing about the bay area is it's WAY more segregated compared to NYC somehow, all the retards end up trapped in oakland and RARELY end up wandering over to SF while NYC has tried way harder to integrate the city. there are even housing projects in Manhattan across the city >>222544813I mean yea but outside of specific institutions I don't think you can expect an average person on the street to really be more than that >>222544809honestly no not really I'm sure you are some hick living in a shitbox who doesn't care about culture or urban fabric at all, some people actually appreciate those things I like living in a place with world class museums, beautiful buildings, beautiful people, intelligent people working on important shit "cities are gay" posters are so fucking retarded I don't even really know how to interact with you. like what do I even say. I've lived in rural montana and rural washington before. I've lived in florida. I like cities better. >>222544849no I'll just go back to SF when I can get another job there
>>222544866just proved my point gayboy
>>222544849you know I've talked to you many times before
I want to experience live performances in the middle of the Maddison square garden
>>222544902yea I mean this is the one place NYC really shines above SF, in a way SF can't touch its a global tourist destination, every week there are events and show tours and shit to do and see if you have money to spend, and are young, I don't think there is a better place on earth to be than NYC. great place to waste money
>>222544849Do you live in Seoul? Do you like it there?how does it compare to tokyo?
>>222544849are there still pre- first worldification slums in seoul or have they all been redeveloped?
>>222545009Never been to Tokyo. I like Seoul for some reason but I want to experience diversity. But most of the tourists here are also Kboos or something who dont even know their own culture. Mostly Ive run into Slavs or Frenches who worship kpop idols
>>222545016Very small part of the Seoul seems to be undeveloped and Ive never been there
>>222545047have you been to fukuoka? i've heard its like a $60-80 ticket from seoul
>>222545090Only been to Osaka
let me in
>>222545047Just take a gap year in the US, South America, a capital city in Western Europe, or South Africa. If you want to meet people who are fundamentally different to you, and not "hiding" it, South Africa is probably your best bet. Some of the black groups have an average IQ of 60. The whites there will have a very different temperament to you, and make it clear
>>222545135dude that sounds like a terrible experience lmao he should come to NYC to experience the good side of diversity, not your fucked up evil world view type of diversitythe blacks in NYC are super chill and positively contribute to the culture of this city. they make music and have fun watching sportsball games and cheering for the knicks. they have vitality that computer guys like us never will have. I know I said they are low IQ above but at the same time they actually have some skin in the game, they see NYC as their city and actually do take part in the economy, own homes here, etc. as much as I enjoyed living in SF as a high IQ utopia, it's hard to look at NYC and say diversity doesn't work here. it absolutely does. it's practically the blueprint for an effective and diverse global city.
New York is the greatest city in the New World, OP, you cum-chugging sodomite.
>>222545135I'm somewhat interested in visiting Cape Town + (somewhere less touristed) but it would be too on the nose right now, and I'm more interested in other places besides (never even been to Egypt)
