This can basically be said about any underclass. It's always the seeming "good" and middle classes who are awful people punching down. The downtrodden are usually the nicest.

I thought that chavs acted tough in groups, baited people into fights and trashed whatever place they gathered in. Kind of like the 'villeros' and 'turros' we have here
