Are Balkan cities the most depressing places in the world? Even when I look at something like a third world African village, I can at least think "Well, it'd at least be interesting to see what life is like there", but when I see pictures of Balkan cities with communist buildings, I just think of it as the most depressing-looking shit in the world.
