But anyway, lets take your statement at face value.lets pretend this average suburban schools are about 50% of the schools. Lets say only 20% on top of that are good schools. Rest are shite. That makes it so that you can not give a fuck about 30% of schools and can also kinda design their population and who goes to where and then set out policies on that since there is no stadardized federal laws around schools and their funding and where the funding goes yadayada....lets think about a neighborhood that has thieves and the local supermarket starts making actions that are usually weird like locking out expensive items, installing barriers for safety etc. How many pecenteage of the population are these thieves? Do you think culling 30% of the population from the worst off would fix the issue in the neighborhood? If yes, whats the lowest percentage you can think of would most likely solve the issue in not so bad neighborhood?and this is all me pretending that this kind of American dream school is again that amazing, that cool, that nice and universal as Americans make it out to be. It does not have to be true and I can pretend it to be true since that isnt the point of the conversation. America has way more potential to have extremely good "average" feeling schools when a large percentage of the population gets shite

I'm probably blocking one or two things out mentally but I can't think of one. In high school, there was once supposed to be some sort of pep rally and I rounded the corner into the bleachers and there was some sort of booming pop music and I just noped out, I physically couldn't take it.
