Where can these hipsters even be found in today's Australia? 20 years ago originality and authenticity were assets, but poptimism came along and declared those things toxic and male-coded. Today's would-be hipster just seems like an arrogant pussy without any artistry or cultural knowhow to fall back on. Nobody says shit like "you probably haven't heard of them" anymore.
