Everybody and their mother knows that there's not an exact pure Turkish ethnicity, DNA tests are not some epic own or whatever. I've had people casually bring up that our ethnicities are all over the place several times in real life, including in school, and I myself noticed that this is the case without being told anything all the way back in the 2nd grade of elementary school or so. My elementary had really brown kids, normal Turkish looking ones, blue eyed blondes and even gingers and we all called ourselves Turkish.
