I choose to stay in the lush carpeted and finely decorated restaurant area rather than inspect the poo smelling and likely rat infested kitchen . its almost certain they use a regular oven, but i don't know. the schwarma place down the street has a real spit for the meat but that is a much cleaner kitchen than this place. When I take women on dates to this restaurant, they look at me with disgust as soon as we walk in the door. The smell is like spiced manure
