>playing and laughing
Do thirdie children really? In America children only scream, which causes their parents to scream at them to shut up.
>>
>>222945142
this feel is annoying as fuck
bothering me in my room while i goon or play video games
>>
>>222945142
is algeria safe/worth it for a tourist visit? I want to go back to nafri but Egypt seems like a massive shithole and I already went to morocco.
>>
>>222945702
go to tunisia, it's westernized
you could even set up tinder and meet normal girls, it worked for me
it's the best nafri country to live in or visit
i met a lot of western tourists just roaming tunis
>>
>>222945797
Tunisia is top of my list because I've heard it's nice but I'd like a slightly more unique experience so wondering if Algeria is worth it or just a shit hole.
>>
>>222946038
don't gamble and just go to tunisia
>>
>>222946166
Does Tunis have dirty markets with camel meat stalls like marrakesh? Roaming those was the most sovlfvl part of my trip to morocco.

I get the impression that Tunisians all LARP as europeans.
>>
i do and its kino and civilizationpilled
>>
>>222946234
The outdoor markets I saw when visiting Tunisia were mostly for cheap clothes and stuff.
>I get the impression that Tunisians all LARP as europeans
Might seem that way but I don't think so honestly, they just see themselves as more "civilized" than their neighbours and constantly emphasize how not-Arab they are. Tunis is not that different from Southern European cities though, I'd recommend going to other places as well.
>>
>>222945702
it is yeah, I've talked to some people on here who visited and they loved it and said it's the best nafri country they visited, I could dig up condos if you care

nah i don't care about the remarks of yt pipo. what are your thoughts for top locations or activities in algeria? i love the desert and want to do a based trip in a landcruiser and drink tea under the stars on a sahara camping trip.
>>
>>222947603
it's just that me telling you "algeria good" sounds biased, but sure
algeria is unironically the best country in the world for off road desert tourism, get in contact with some tuaregs running an agency or something to organize it (don't think of going alone in the desert off road unless you're really serious about this suff and have experience, but if you do visit the sahara overland/horizons unlimited forum for tips)
destinations there's a lot and it depends on what you want, ghardaia is a kino desert town, taghit has great dunes and oasis vibe, up noth there's algiers and oran for your mediterranean little bit of everything cities, constantine for insane topography and bridges, tlemcen for medieval architecture, bejaia for nice coastline and unique culture, timgad/djemila/tipaza for roman ruins, etc
algeria is too big to do everything, you have to pick what interests you most and focus on it
>>
I live in a spic neighborhood so every summer night there's little kids playing outside my apartment and old guys sitting in lawn chairs listing to Mexican music on the radio.
>>
>>222947787
nah theres no way i would try to drive around in the desert alone lol

sounds based man. i would probably spend a couple days in algiers doing city shit then venture south to see the desert. I looked up algiers tourism on reddit and the threads were full of algerian posters saying how the city is an unlivable nightmare kek. are they just trying to appeal to whites by overreacting or is it true?
>>
>>222947871
yeah pretty much
r/algeria is all teenagers with pent up rage from living in a third world country and seeing firsties on the internet and cursing their lot, none of them have any idea about algeria touristically (to be fair we aren't a touristy country anyway so that knowledge is not in the average person's wheelhouse to begin with)
you will probably want advice from other tourists not angsty teens, so look elsehwere, check tripadvisor forums instead
>>

What's the best jumping off point for kino desert camping excursions? Seems like it would be fun to ride the bus down from Algiers to Ghardaia and stop in another town for a night.

can they shut up?
>>
>>222948114
I don't know if there's anything great to see between algiers and ghardaia
the best places for desert excursions are deep in the desert around djanet or tamanrasset, but these are usually multi day affairs, up to a week or so completely isolated from civilization in some incredible geography surrounded by tuaregs, it's otherworldly
I guess taghit could offer a less special "I just wanna spend a night in the dunes and go about my day" experience
>>
>>222948133
you'd think they're racist for talking to you in chinese when they're just trying to be friendly
>>
>>222948430
>I guess taghit could offer a less special "I just wanna spend a night in the dunes and go about my day" experience
but the geography is more your run of the mill dunes and oasis you could fine elsewhere in the desert, the first two have places like tassili n'ajjer and hoggar mountains (look them up) which are one of a kind, and also they have tuaregs who are great hosts and desert connoisseurs

If they say ni hao or konnichiwa i understand, but one time in brazil a boomer said chingchong chingchong and i didnt know how to respond since that doesn’t actually mean anything
>>
>>222948133
they'd call you ali baba (at least that's what we did as kids to chinese construction workers, don't know if it changed) and pull their eyes to make a chinese face
otherwise nobody cares, we have asians here and they get by fine
>>
>>222945142
firsties will never get it. If they aren't shut in their room playing online, they try acting and appearing like roadmen irl because that's what is cool
>>
>>222948430
>tamanrasset

do you niggas fly out there? looks like it would be a 20+ hour bus ride from algiers
>>
>>222948645
yeah fly, internal flights are very cheap, like a couple dozen bucks or so
>>
>>222948663
alright, nice. i would do that. tassili n'ajjer looks amazing, but is it sketchy to travel to the border regions with libya? do those isis slave trader niggas ever sneak over into Libya?
>>
>>222948699
actually tassili n'ajjer is the more popular and easier of the two to visit, the border area with libya is mostly fine, tamanrasset is near mali which is a lot less stable nowadays, as such it has a bunch of areas that are off limits for tourists
