Must have just left the nest because it could barely fly. I kept it alive for two weeks, it stayed out on the balcony the entire time. Then it flew away. Felt good.

You should NEVER pick them up; their parents are nearby and are the ones who feed them. You could try using a syringe with some warm rearing formula to mimic what the parents do, but it almost certainly won't survive.
