It was him who pointed out that it doesn't really make sense, I think he had talked with some really fat guy who said he eats like 200 grams of protein because he weighs like 120kg or whatever. But half of that is fat, so it just seems excessive, since it's not like he has any more muscle mass than some lean guy that weighs 80kg. So if the lean guy eats 100g of protein, the fat guy shouldn't need any more than that either, even if it's only 0.8 per kg
