I don't know why, but I'm always puzzled when I see them speaking good English on this board and using 4chan slang and memes.For some reason I can’t explain I’ve got this deeply ingrained idea that Japanese posters can only speak broken English, and them participating in the English speaking internet and use 4chan lingo or other feels like breaking a cultural barrier that should be insurmountable.And I don’t even think this about Koreans or anyone else, I'm not surprised when I see them speak like the rest, it’s only the Japanese I expect not to understand or participate.am I the only one with this preconception?
