Why are Chinese and Indians the only hard workers in SEA?
>>223226767There's a lot of hardworking Malays in SEA. You have to realize a ton of the "work" more recent SEA Indians and Chinese do is be really, really vocal about working hard and a cut above the rest in that "oooo I'm not like them". Even though their currency holds no real value outside of SEA.

>>223226767>MINISTER OF. RELIGIOUS AFFAIRS??
>>223226767Then why aren't S.K. and Japan fully gay?
>>223227423/thread
>>223227491So much work the overoverwork negated the gay from the regular overwork.
>>223226767That explains why most pinoy men are becoming gay.
>>223226767Most SME entreprenuers in Malaysia are young Malays. Malays have gone hard into the online economy. Even roadside food stalls now do twitch streams of them cooking and selling food to earn twitchbux. Most restaurants and small businesses are now owned by Malays. Malays have also entered into large scale industrial manufacturing food, cosmetics and supplements which are sold online. Malays have historically been traders and adventurers. It is in our Austronesian blood. Thing is, we Malays value the work-life balance. We work to live, not live to work. We leave time for our family and for ourselves. We value communal spirit and Malay shops will help each other instead of trying to kill the competition. This is misconstrued as "lazy" by outsiders. The Chinese are still stuck in the brick and mortar shop mindset. The Indians only want to get into medicine, failing that they get into criminal gangs.

>>223230309My boss gets mad at me for working from home when I'm sick and cashing out sick leave when I'm fine. The whole work culture is about mass guilting people into not using sick leave.
