Do you lift iyc?
>>223267186I just do pullups daily. that's all.
>>223267186No, and I eat like this and I'm still not fat
>>223267186Haven't done it in months..
>>223267279>I eat like this and I'm still not fat>healthy meal
>>223267423Wh-what do you consider unhealthy?
>>223267186>high heel bootsAnon, do you have anything to tell us?
>>223267423I wouldn't consider those fries "healthy"
>>223267483Bro that’s just meat and potatoes (unless they were fried in seed oils that would be bad)
>>223267279That meat looks very chewy and bland. The keyboard looks nostalgic.
i lifted, about 6 years now
>>223267515Fried in butter but that's mayo on the fries you know
I lift my shit life
I haven’t worked out in months. I’m focused on drinking 10 beers every day right now
>>223267528It was soft and decilate and spicy with a shit ton of black pepper, crushed allspice, cinnamon and dried dill, also put some honey on it, can't see it but it's mixed with carmelized onions and apple, it's duck liver btw, fried until just pink inside. Fookin proper
My BF is todo high now thanks to bulkingButt looking Very good with extra fat, but it will go away
>>223267547Mayo is disgusting. Perhaps permisable only in small amounts and in French salad or whatever you call it iyc.
>>223267547>mayoOh yeah that’s fair, I assumed it was cream or something
>>223267692Maybe if you have shit mayo, mayo on fries is goated
>>223267661Bone apple tea, Anon. Show us your setup. Looks 2000s comfy core.>>223267703I‘ve seen people eat mayo in horrible combinations. The thought of it makes me gag. A little bit of it with fries is allright.
>>223267737I have a mess rn so maybe later, would be too embarassing, bunch of stained coffe mugs and shit
>>223267783That‘s the sovl part, anon. Every desk has its story.
>>223267605ako na pabigat sa pamilya
>>223267804Fine, here ya go, left it untouched so you can enjoy the sovl
The worst part about working out is the eating. I still haven't gotten used to eating more. I'm having to think about the amount of protein and oh shit am I even getting 200 calories. I have one specific thing that I make sure to eat every day, and I'm so tired of it
>>223267883What do you need two pairs of sunglasses for? Greedy
>>223267883SOOOVLLL. >Crushed Camels box>faux-leather bound journal>dat monitor w all the dust>miscelaneous plastic containersThanks, Anon. May I just ask why your monitor sits on your windowsill.
>>223267186No but I should. I've lost half of my fat thanks to intermittent fasting so I'm satisfied.
>>223267186I bench 135kg imc. Weigh 82kg. U look good bro.
>>223268029zetor?
>>223268029Crazy numbers. My max was 120 when I was 84kg. Now I am 70kg and I probably my max is 100kg or something like that.
I just do calisthenics, dips, pull-ups etc. I don't even think I'm in particularly good shape, but I've noticed women doing that thing where they look at your chest, then down to your pelvis and back up. I guess it helps that I have wide shoulders even though I'm skinny, so under a t-shirt it gives the illusion that I have some sick V-shape going on
>>223268097I didn't eat or sleep properly but I basically only do ohp and bench. And I only do them because I like the movements, otherwise they're ass at muscle building compared to more isolating movements.A lot of it in my case was neural adaptation to the movement. I did powerlifting unintentionally.
>>223268155>ohp and benchOut of the big 4. I don't like deadlifts and squats, they're not safe movements.
>>223267947That's the bible that I slowly piece by piece try to get through despite old testament being a slog. As for the monitor I just found this to be the best distance from my eyes, this bar table thing is too narrow for a comfy setup otherwise, if I brought it all closer my forearm would be in the air while gaming and everyone knows you game best when your forarm is resting comfortably on the table
>>223268155>otherwise they're ass at muscle building compared to more isolating movements.Makes sense. I basically only used to do bench, weighted pullups and squats and my body was always underwhelming. I think I was 85kg in this picture, at 170cm tho.Now I am much leaner, but I only do pullups without any extra weight
>>223268210>BibleI miss the Polish Pope. He was a big fan of croatia.
0 motivation to liftCycling or running is easier to do.
>>223268344Watch and apply everything Lyle says if you can survive watching 480p camera for hours.https://youtu.be/Lji2W2b-bNs?si=SciZEhWQI0xWuxjPAlso u look good ur just higher bf, which is fine.
>>223268544It’s much harder to do, actually. Brainless lifting is super easy.
This is where I incel lift (myself)
>>223267186
>>223268894dang nigga what are you 40 cm tall?
>>223268933bodied that freak
>>223267310
>>223268471we're all big fans of croatia tbqhwyfamalam but yeah he was goated
>>223268653Anyone that has ever done any endurance sport knows it's torture compared to weightlifting, but information behind proper liftage of weights is not brainless and hard to come by. But proper weightlifting itself is not that hard.
Yeah a bit.
>>223267186You should look into neglecting the front delts for a little while, focus on the side and rear delts. Your upper trapezius hypertrophied. You still look great, but you’d look cooler
>>223269065>Anyone that has ever done any endurance sport knows it's torture compared to weightlifting.Starting is torture, but after a few months, it becomes noticeably easier. For example, I love hiking and go pretty much every week. My country, as you know, is extremely mountainous, and many good trails climb from around 200 meters to over 1k meters in elevation. When I first started, it was pure torture. Constantly hiking uphill for 7-10 kilometers really destroys your legs. But after an year, even the hardest trails, around 30 kilometers long, with climbs from 500 meters to 1.5k or even 2k meters, aren’t that much of a challenge for me anymore. I cover them most in 8-10 hours.Weightlifting on the other hand never gets easy, you have to keep push yourself hard if you want bigger muscles while avoiding injuries. All my friends who go to gym for years all have either back or shoulder problems. Not serious ones but enough to be noticeable.
>>223268963How dare you, sven?>>223268974>picrelI think the biggest public gathering in criatian history was for him.
>>223269532I think the problem is that people keep trying to get bigger muscles for no reason. At some point you already look good, so why not just stop there and maintain that, instead of trying to get some kind of meat monster
>>223269608thats called bodybuilding
>>223269633Yeah and it seems really silly. But I guess some people also try to climb bigger and bigger mountains, instead of just chilling and enjoying hikes
>>223269065Brosplits are easy af. Doing shit like EMOM and circuit workouts with bench and shoulder pressing is difficult. >>223269608Won’t happen if you don’t eat.
>>223269608>At some point you already look good, so why not just stop there and maintain that, instead of trying to get some kind of meat monsterNatural lifters never get that big. Almost all the huge guys you see on social media are using steroids, there are virtually no exceptions. Many natural lifters watch these people and start chasing similar sizes and that never ends well because your natural body simply can't grow no matter how hard you push after some point. You have to cope with that.
>>223269608You never look good enough and you're never rich enough for todays world and people.
>>223269532Is hiking in Georgia safe? I remember a video where some girl was almost mauled by an Anatolian (I think?) shepherd, until the herder came.
>>223269663Now I get what you mean. Yes, lifting eventually gets pointless because you're not going to gain more muscle and the small amount you can gain starts demanding much more sacrifice.
>>223270038>Is hiking in Georgia safe?Yeah, I’ve been hiking for five years, and I’ve only had issues three times. Twice, I encountered herding dogs similar to the ones that almost attacked that girl, but both times they left me alone. The other time, I encountered an actual wolf, but since it wasn’t in a pack, it also left me alone or just left me alone idk.But still, you’re traveling through the wilderness, so there are always risks. In places where wolves and bears are common, carrying a hunting rifle is preferable obviously, but I never did it and well, I'm still alive.
>>223267186For about a year now (consistently). Trying to cut down body fat though since I still don't know how to eat enough protein without ingesting excessive amount of calories.
>>223270385>protein problemSkyr. You’re welcome.
>>223267186Used to do a 5*5 routine, hit my 1/2/3/4 goal then switched to doing calisthenics and cardio because I got bored. I can run around a 5:45 Mike and can do far more push ups , pull ups, and muscle ups than most people as well as do a full planche. Not sure what my lifts are, im curious to find out how much bodyweight exercises translates to lifting one rep max so I might see what I can do soon. Not expecting much, probably only have around a 250 bench not much stronger than when I was doing the 5*5 since ive been training diffwrent exercises for so long
>>223270385Fat-free quark/skyr/greek yoghurt (or cottage cheese if you can stomach it).The greek yoghurt you'll most likely find in any store. I like the 1kg quark that lidl sells:https://www.sydanmerkki.fi/tuotteet/milbona-high-protein-strawberry-quark--mansikkaa-sis%C3%A4lt%C3%A4v%C3%A4-rahkajogurtti-1-kgWhey is another obvious one. It's still the cheapest protein/kg that I've found. I generally buy the 3kg chocolate flavoured bags made by sportlife, they're less than 25€/kg.
i havent lifted properly since april 2024 when i got my gf. ive gained like 20kg since then and weigh ~100kg at 182 cm. im gonna try to go today
>>223269065>anyone that has ever done any endurance sport knows it's torture compared to weightliftingNah its just a mattee of mental patience toward exhaustion and if youre lifting hard you come across similar mental blocks and the same need to lock in of youre in the habit of timing rest between sets. I had more of a mental block training heavy squats than running honestly
>>223270440I do prefer meat over low fat dairy products. Maybe that's my problem
>>223270700This stuff is like 200 kcal for over 40g of protein. Think of it as a protein supplement. At the end if the day you’ll have to eat less to lose fat.
>>223270265Couldn't imagine hiking around where I live without my 10mm and bear spray desu. Not just because of grizzly and moose country but because a lot of the country side has cartel run weed farms ,poachers , and meth labs occasionally.
>>223270631>Whey is another obvious oneYeah I should probably add that even though I don't like shakes
>>223267186Yea i have a bubble butt now :D
>>223270869me too (:
>>223270662>i havent lifted properly since april 2024 when i got my gf.That's why, as a fit guy, you should always aim for athletic girl.
>>223270869Last time you posted it wasnt very big
>>223270679Because squatting to failure can kill or handicap you. The "block" is common sense.
>>223271033When was that
>>223271265A year ago
>>223268599>Also u look good ur just higher bfThat is why I started dieting and doing a bit of cardio but my strength and energy to work out plummeted so I just do pull ups and call it a dayThis is when I looked the best I think, at around 74kg
>>223267186Yeah four days a week, I'm slim though and have accepted I'll never get 'big' but I'm in good shape.
>>223271342No way time flies that fast
>>223271541How big is it now?
>>223271512how so
