Do Americans actually obey drinking age laws? Do American university students not go clubbing? Are they allowed in but not allowed to buy anything? Are clubs even open Monday-Thursday if the only people allowed in are uncs with 9-5 jobs? I'm so curious about this.

I'm not 100% sure though.

Or one of their older friends. When you get out into more rural areas nobody thinks twice about giving a 16 year old a beer or two at a gathering or a party. Ironically drugs are actually a bit easier to get for kids than alcohol but not by a huge margin
