Well that rotation is much less than I assumed so it's fine actually, but I prefer the 2 rowing machines I previously tried. After that I used the lat pulldown machine that is my fav for unilateral pulldowns. My only problem with it was that the starting point was not high enough for me not allowing me to completely stretch my arm above my head, but I noticed I can push it further up so that's a problem fixed. Some bb biceps curls and rear delt flies to finish things. Right biceps was 'icky on the barbell desu. Also weight was shite cuz my biceps was already tired from the 9 sets of pull ig or maybe it was my CNS holding me back cuz of experiencing discomfort or idk.3 sets pulldowns, 3 sets rows, 3 sets pulldowns, 3 sets 'ceps, 3 sets rear delts simple 'as. I think for a while now I'll do 6 sets total of pulldowns as even though lately before coming to this gym I only did 3 sets pulldowns and 3 sets rows, but for a long ass while before that I did 3 sets pulldowns followed by 3 sets rows and 3 sets low rows making rows 6 in total.Thank (you) for reading my post good sir.
