I have no idea what OP was trying to say but in the future corporations and nations will be indistinguishable from one another. There's really no reason for citizenship to be constrained by physical boundaries in an era of instantaneous communication and near-instantaneous travel.
The only reason it hasn't happened yet is because national administrations are ultra static and conservative by design.
