>>223407759no, this is informal>>223407870that defeats the point, this is a writing style born out of phone texting in the 90s and early 2000s when a lot of tech didn't support arabic keyboards/right to left input, and these phones only came with basic english or french keyboards, so people had to make do with base latin letters and adopted some numbers for consonants that actually look like them in arabic3=ع7=ح9=قa romanization system for arabic using diacritics already exists, it's just not widely known outside of linguistic specialists, but in this context it's to represent low effort text on 90s technology that wouldn't have supported a lot of customization like this anyway
