How is living in Quebec? I'm eligible for Canadian citizenship and it seems to be one of the whitest regions of North America. Should I start learning French or just stay in the US?

french is essential if you plan to live there. and it's getting browned just like the rest of canada, difference is the immigrants are french speaking haitians, africans, arabs instead of chinese and indians
