Some who learn at school about hittites and start to think of themselves as Hittite and luwian descendants.

Many Others identify solely as Turkic. But they both reject vehemently the hellenized anatolian period of the Roman period.

so in turkey you have many diff types of people. you have kurds, arabs etc

but amongst actual turks, there are the wannabe western (mostly girls) and those are just retards, their opinion is irrelevant. then there are the akp lot who say race is le not important but they cope. then there is the normal people, normal people are aware that modern turkish blood is a percentage of anatolian and oghuz/turkmen turkic blood. the consensus is about 50/50. dont link study they get kurds from turkey and call them turkish because of citizenship but what i said is the real makeup of turkish people
