explain to me why japan wouldn't be the best place to retire to
>relatively cheap
>very safe
>dying population with nobody having kids means property prices will only decrease
>old population also means society accommodates them very well
>yen is only becoming weaker so USD or euro will only become more valuable compared to it as time goes on
