Love rice. More than that we actually ferment our own natto too

Putting sauce directly on rice is one of the worst ways to eat it. At least use furikake instead.

In Japan, the normal way to eat rice is together with side dishes, not by covering it with sauce.

Japanese rice is sticky and naturally a little sweet, so it already has plenty of flavor on its own.

If you’re eating rice with a soupy curry or sauce, long-grain Indica rice like the kind commonly eaten in India or Thailand makes much more sense.

Rice isn't particularly healthy, you know.

Sometimes I see Westerners eating plain rice with nothing but soy sauce on it. Honestly, that’s such a terrible way to eat rice. No taste.
>>
I eat it twice everyday
