Are Iran and Afghanistan the only Muslim countries where the default calendar is the Hijri calendar measuring years since the Hijra of Prophet Muhammed? Everyone else seems to use the Christian calendar as their main calendar while people from Iran and Afghanistan are the only ones that I see where they talk about being the year 1405 instead of 2026.

here in school they taught us to write the hebrew date and georgian date side by side when writing the class's notes in each lesson but around highschool the teachers stop writing the hebrew date. i think most forget hebrew numerals especially what the current year is in hebrew numerals
