Today is the 27. July which is among the people of Bosnia and Herzegovina commemorated as the day when the people revolted against Fascist occupation.

I went to an unfortunately abandoned monument that had a dead tree next to it. It had a broken branch that reached down like a hand toward the monument and I held it. It felt like I was connecting with my ancestors as I held it and beheld it.
