do u miss 2010 in ur country
not really. high school was pretty hard for me
>>223441620Yup:- Still in high school (not a NEET)- No chronic health problems, for example, I could really enjoy listening to music and even wanking- Very little inflation compared to now- My country still wasn't ruined by leftist governments- Starbucks coffee was worth it- Golden age of video games- No noisy neighbors back then in my life- Woke globohomo totalitarianism wasn't even a thing- No widespread, AI-powered censorship on YouTube- Facebook was actually fun- 4chan was still the Internet's powerhouse of meme culture- Google worked as a real search engine- People didn't refer to others as “humans”- I had some IRL friends- There was an option between ergonomic smartphones and phablets- EtceteraAlso, I felt more alive back then, before my suicide attempt, which I do not want to repeat.
>>223441671High school was easy as fuck and plently of girls had crushes on me but I autistically ignored everyone and now I have to pay for sex
>>223442009ok
i swear everything is worse
>>223442100Because it is
I wish I could go back to 2011/2012 and play more games
>>223441620Not so much. 2005-2009 was better.
post-covid feels like another timeline
>>223442230That was basically the time I was in high school. I cant remember anything special other than really getting into Japanese rock music which eventually led me to 4chan.
>>223442195The 2020's is the decade of shrinkflation and enshittification, leading up to Agenda 2030, supposedly.
>>223441620Yes. My father and little brother would be still alive, the internet was much more free and enjoyable, and I could perhaps fix my life before it went completely tits up.
>>223442258>Agenda 2030
>>223441620Man, I was 17 and it was alright I guess. But was such a dumb retard back then, end of middle school, insecure about everything, and a decade of self-induced suffering would follow.
>two years into obama>jon stewart daily show on repeat>WoW getting played out>lehman brothers global financial crash, occupy wallstreettime is such a bitch, can barely remember that time period now. tea party was the edgiest stuff in politics, so cute
>>223441620Not really
>>223441620I was still talking to my oneitis and was fairly certain of locking it down. But it wasn't meant to be.
>>223441796Sorry, in 2010, in my country, smartphones weren't even widespread. We had better feature phones than the ones that exist now, Palm devices, Blackberry, some cell phones like the Nokia N9, iPhones. But honestly smartphones are pretty cool now, in terms of hardware, other than being huge with no headphone jack or FM reception. Video games are more realistic and there are still some decent titles out there. Also, sorry if I gave any anons here sui-fuel nostalgia. Please, let's appreciate the good things we have today even if they're few and small. We can still take it one day at a time and do things to feel better like helping someone in need or to call a friend or family member, instead of traumatizing a loved one for life or risk going to Hell doing something crazy and stupid.Back in 2010 there was no “Area 51 raid” for example to clap dem ayy lmao cheeks like in 2019.
>>223441796>My country still wasn't ruined by leftist governmentsmexico was already a shithole in 2010, you just were to young you realize it.
2010 was a time of greating suffering and death for me. 1998~ was orgasmic.
>>223443251How old are you
>>223442009>plently of girls had crushes on me but I autistically ignored everyone
