I noticed that when Americans who are of different European heritage claim some connection to their country of ancestry Euros get really pissed off, but if for example most any other kind of American, for example Indian-Americans were to say "I am not Indian, I'm American" Indians would get pissed off at then for trying to deny being Indian. Also, Euros have no problem calling an Indian or Chinese-American "Indian" or "Chinese". And they would never say something like "you are American, not Indian stop LARPing" But they do say this to Euro-Americans. Why is this?
