Sea beach? ~1250 km to the closest one and it's in Arctic ocean.

The beach is only a few streets away from my place. I go whenever I want. Tide pooling in the winter is the best, so many interesting creatures. I've seen tons of dolphins this year too. Metal detecting, the boardwalk, ogling beach sluts. Damn I might head down for a cheeky dip on my break. Pity the inland cucks, couldn't even be me.

About 200m from it. Depending on proximity to bigger cities, the closer the pricier. Flats are being sold for 350.000-450.000€. Detached homes staft at 1.3 million, no I'll never be able to afford a home here. Moved back with my parents after COVID, I already was a loser, it didn't change that much. At least I'm saving money, and investig what I was wasting on rent.
