Boy bands, girl bands, and highly polished, Scandinavian produced/composed pop in the style of NSYNC, Backstreet Boys, Britney Spears, etc. is highly mass appealing and contagious. I honestly have no idea why we abandoned it so quickly when it was printing like that.

K-Pop is merely cashing in on a lucrative void that America refuses to cater to, for whatever reason. Upbeat, group and dance oriented synthpop in the style of Max Martin and the Swedish pop mafia.
