How often do you work out in your country? How fit are you compared to other people from your country?
>>
How did he not pass out and die instantly, what the fuck?

>BP 1RM
not even 90 kilos. I’m a chestlet.
>>
>>223562092
Never did that in my life, so I assume less than 20kg max
>>
>>223562092
5 to 7 days a week
>How fit are you compared to other people from your country?
very
>>223562256
an untrained adult male probably benches 50-60kgx1 or so
>>
>>223562092
Insane ego lift if his wrist is just giving out like that
>>
>>223562311
heavily depends on what you lift and for what purpose, at work I have to lift cement bucket that are roughly 25kg each, getting the right balance to hold one in each hand and be able to walk without the wobbling being an issue is really hard.

meanwhile, lifting 80kg dumbells is fine in comparison

How many broken ribs and punctured lungs

Half of that
Unless you count the bar
>>
>>223562092
never seen wrists give out this way
but i once saw a video of some russian powerlifter getting killed at a competition. He was lifting up and dropped it , destroyed his heart
>>
>>223562092
I lift four days a week and swim twice. I'm in good shape and fitter than most, but I'm a slim bloke and not big.
>>
>>223562092
I hit 100kg yesterday congratulate me
>>
>>223565654
Well done
>>
>>223565654
Congrats, now aim heavier and/or more reps.
>>
>>223562092
135kg.
I workout every 4th day.
Everyone here is kinda fit.
>>223565654
Gj. I struggled to reach 100kg far longer than I needed to go from 100 to 135.
Not saying that will happen for you though. You gotta be retarded.

That's how it works but that's not how it works.
Lifts are tehnician movements, partly.
You're not adapted to do the bench movement properly. It's neurological. Your muscles can exert the force.
It's like saying you can't ride a bike as a kid because your muscles are too weak.
THat's how you go from 20kg to 60kg in two months. Not because you grew insane muscles but because you neurologically adapted ot the movement.

Used to a 5*5 routine 3 times a week plus 8 miles of cardio and a regular pace, then I switched into a intermediate calisthenics program and got very fit thay way , but since ive had kids I just run around 12 miles a week and do basic accessory work

At my peak my one rep max

>Bench
265
>Squat
385
>Deadlift
425

I hit a hard platue on my deadlift for some reason after I hit 4pl8. Then my best mile was 5:38 and I used to be able to do a full planche. I used to be very /fit/. Nowadays I cant lift anywhere near that but I can still run a sub 6 minute mile if I pushed myself

Nice, since this month I can reliably press 80kg on barbell (5 reps × 10) and 92kg on machines (10×5). Right now I'm trying to be good at OHP, still a measly 50kg for 5

weightlifting has to be the most pointless hobby, i have more respect for makeup artists and birdwatchers desu
