Today I did 2 stacks below full stack but rep number was high enough and I also used a really slow tempo, like 6 seconds negative or idk. Shoulder press gave me the 'ick as I already btfo'd my shoulder like 15 mins ago, so I just did front raises. Unilateral triceps extension with a cable felt really strong, guess cuz of not using it on chest and shoulder work since those two are isolations. Some roided out nigga with arms the size of my torso o algo next to me did the same weight as I did, except I did it unilaterally and he bilaterally. Was peculiar. Why tf are these niggas so fucking weak. Even last time a manlet with lats the size of a fucking shower stall and a disgusting backnee managed to pull less weight on unilateral lat pulldowns compared to my lift. Like 15 kgs less. Also tried two machines I haven't yet tried right before leaving, but I just tried their movement paths as I added no weight to them. Might use them sometime, but next push sesh for sure not as I already know what I want to train.
