Good morning.
Am considering whether to stay in Riga next weekend for the 825th birthday celebrations, or to go out to the countryside like I usually do.

15th's going to have a pretty big concert, as well as the crafts market in the Old Town and other similar stuff. Wouldn't hurt for me to go to something like that for a change.
For the countryside/village it'd be the usual of helping around and escaping the crowds.
Honestly I'd rather stay in town, but then I'd have to deal with one of my parents firing up the spiel of "oh look who no longer wants to come home", which I honestly don't have the energy to deal with. I like visiting occasionally, but that shouldn't mean every other week like clockwork.

idk, I'll probably just look at whether or not the weather is alright.
