>how so?
I mean the way he dramaticizes everything. It is cool and entertaining but also a but childish. But I didn't mean it derogatory, it's just a bit funny to me. How he sits there looking very angry and serious and talking about long gone history like it's an action movie
but it also means his podcast has something nobody else's has.

Would you say this has improved after you started going to the gym?
>Also managed 90kgx6 bench press today, pretty happy about that desu
You can probably get the 2pl8s bench.
>also 60kgx2 barbell OHP, that means I completed the 1 out of 1/2/3/4.
OHP was also my first one, yet I haven't been able to hit 2/3/4/5 in OHP but I could with the rest.

>Would you say this has improved after you started going to the gym?
I exercised before at home and rooned too. Exercise of any kind definitely helps in general. And made me more confident too for sure.
>You can probably get the 2pl8s bench.
Think so too but I wanted to try 90 for reps today, never went over 85 before and if I had tried 100 first I'd probably be tired for the 90 for reps.
But I think 3/4 for squats and dl are still a bit away, but not that far.

I was curious if specifically the gym felt more helpful to you than cardio, I know both are generally considered good for depression, but I don't think I've seen studies on whether one or the other is better for depression.
I should probably look that up.
>Think so too but I wanted to try 90 for reps today, never went over 85 before and if I had tried 100 first I'd probably be tired for the 90 for reps.
It's fine, doing 2pl8s one week earlier or later doesn't matter in the grand scheme of things.
>But I think 3/4 for squats and dl are still a bit away, but not that far.
They are right around the corner.

They do? May I see some proofs? That seems like a strange demographic to dislike. Maybe it's because farmers are often right-wing chuds.

Also, in my unrelated opinion, Hungarian has too many noun cases. I've been reading about Hungarian grammar and some of them seem a little bit useless to me.

After woolking in the forest in KCDII, I woolked in the forest irl. Did 12km with my new shoes through sketchy parts of town, following long stretches of road until the heat got too much and I switched for forest paths. Paths got worse and worse until I was scrounging around with a stick like a fucking rat through the bush. Found some rotten pond, uprooted trees and then used a shortcut I knew as a kid that came in clutch. Kinda poetic end.

You train or run for a few days/week and eat at a slight calorie deficit - weigh yourself and you haven't lost anything, then you take a couple of days of and let's say you treat yourself (not anything crazy) and you think fuck I've definitely gained a kilo BUT you actually have lost weight and it's significant.

You were right. Told her about what you said and we looked at some other ware. As for the set, those pots can't be bought separate on the site it seems. The largest pot in that set iirc is 6,5 litres.
So instead we agreed on getting a 8,5 litres big ahh pot, and a 3,5 litres small ahh pot instead. Different brand and it's only like 20 euros cheaper for 2 cookware instead of 6.
Thanks xlebbie.

>The object exploded in a meteor air burst over Chelyabinsk Oblast, at a height of about 30 kilometres (18.6 miles).[6] The explosion generated a bright flash, producing a hot cloud of dust and gas that penetrated to 26 kilometres (16 mi), and many surviving small fragmentary meteorites. Most of the object's energy was absorbed by the atmosphere, creating a large shock wave. The asteroid had a total kinetic energy before atmospheric impact equivalent to the blast yield of 400–500 kilotonnes of TNT (1.7–2.1 petajoules), estimated from infrasound and seismic measurements. This was approximately 30 times as much energy as that released by the atomic bomb detonated at Hiroshima.[7]
