Also outsorucing delivery service to another company so the restaurant doesn't have to worry about that.But for example, I was ordering pizza from Wolt but the closest pizza place to my home went off those apps and just delivers with their car using Bosnian and Serbian labor instead of Pakis or Nepalese so I'm just ordering that and I rarely ever use takeout apps anymore. Order has to be 10 or more euros so since my normal pizza is 8,5 I either add cheese fillings or not if I'm ordering a large one or multiple pizzas.

They make money from recurring them and replace Croats with cheaper workers, double win. Then 2 years ago our PM Andrej Plenković said publicly "we as a society should get used to this new diversity because it's something that unavoidable in this new globalized world".
