went to a Russian themed restaurant in Beijing the other day. was full of both Tsarist-era and Soviet art/postershad mashed potatoes with meatball and tomato sauce, brisket with melons, nutty bread, tomato soup, sausages with cheese sauce, and some sort of brown rice. was pretty good, shame there aren't any of these kind of restaurants in Canadakvass tastes like shit though
